I am a Professor of Psychology at Central Michigan University. My research uses basic social and cognitive theories to examine a variety of applied outcomes. The majority of my research examines issues at the intersection of psychology and law. An overview of the research areas can be found here and a complete list of my publications can be found here.
I also enjoy my role as an educator and have won teaching awards during graduate school and as a faculty member.
Along with research and teaching, I consult with professionals in the legal system through seminars, workshops, and testimony.
